I had a pretty good stay overall, as the hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, along with a helpful location close to the subway and local attractions. However, the service left much to be desired, as the staff seemed inattentive and not very friendly. The dining experience was also lacking, particularly with the breakfast options being subpar. Since the price was reasonable, I think there's potential for improvement in these areas.
